Privacy notice

Almexa Aluminio, S.A. de C.V., with address at Benjamín Franklin 9, Parque Industrial La Joya, 54730, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected through almexa.com.mx.

Data collected

• In the quote form and the calculators: name, company, email, phone (optional) and the technical specification you write.
• Automatically: the page you arrived on, the pages you visited on this site and campaign parameters in the address, stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and sent with your request so we know how you found us.

With your consent (banner at the bottom), the site loads HubSpot (CRM and chat, cookies such as hubspotutk) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, with our own identifier to associate your session with your request if you send one). Both are third parties with international data transfer; they do not load if you decline. When you send a request, your contact is also recorded in HubSpot and the approximate location of your IP address is looked up with an external service (ipinfo.io) only to orient the sales team.

Purposes

• To handle your quote or information request and follow up commercially.
• To send you a calculator result if you requested it.
• To record your request in our sales management system.
• With your consent, to send you Almexa technical and commercial information.

Transfers

Data is stored on the site's hosting server and emailed to Almexa's sales team. It is not sold or transferred to third parties outside the business relationship, except by legal obligation.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and revoke your consent, by writing to recursoshumanos@almexa.com.mx or to the address above. We reply within the terms of Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
